'live saints' is the classic brahma chop live recording, recorded on home territory at all saints church in lewes, east sussex in front of a living audience, without edits, overdubs or other trickery as far as i recall. it must have been in 1988, but i can probably check. the recording was made by charles foley, who also did the live sound. this is the original brahma chop lineup (excluding the very early recording sessions which featured a different bass player and drummer) of colin ashley reading (bass, percussion, drums, keyboards); alan baker (bass, percussion); peter pick (vocals, saxophone); rick patten (guitar, keyboards, - actually rick can play anything, so this is irrelevant, he only plays guitar on this recording); dave bailes (drums, percussion); and richard miles (guitar).
